With this method, your natural hair is braided into cornrows then a specially designed needle and thread is used to sew the hair extension wefts through the braids.

The thread used for a sew-in is thicker and stronger than regular thread. It comes in different neutral colors such as white, brown and black. The color thread used should complement the color of the hair extensions.
